At the time this catalog was completed, it had been nearly 3 1/2 months since our office was buzzing, calls were coming in, buses were going out and our staff was hard at work with the day-to-day operations of running Yankee Trails. Since then, the office and garage facilities have become eerily quiet. For the few staff that do remain we have started to work on our plans to welcome others back, including of course our beloved customers. As areas throughout the country begin to come back online, we will be monitoring very closely the ways in which we will be required to do business for the forseeable future. We are working on our own new processes and procedures which will address the way in which we will communicate in person with our customers and various business partners. This includes a new check-in process using our climate controlled, spacious office vestibule (see photos below). We are suggesting that everyone either call (518.286.2400) or email (info@yankeetrails.com) to set up an appointment before coming into our office, or conducting all business via phone or our website instead. We have also modified the way in which our vehicles will be cleaned and sanitized prior to, during and following all charter rentals, tours and Cruise Express Shuttle transfers. A detailed outline of these procedures will be posted to our website (yankeetrails.com) so feel free to preview at your convenience. Someday soon we will be heading back to New York City, Boston, Washington, DC, Cape Cod, Atlantic City, Pennsylvania, Branson, Nashville and so many more popular destinations. We will again offer exciting packages featuring your favorite professional, and in some cases collegiate sports teams. Concerts and Broadway productions will satisfy all of our music and theater fans and our buses will all roll again, providing the professional, quality charter rental services that we have delivered since 1957. We look forward to seeing everyone traveling again soon, and appreciate all the support and patience you've expressed over the last several months.
